A Turkish drone targeted a car in the Raqqa countryside, killing two SDF members and a prominent cadre. Syria pledged to investigate crimes, improve aid, restore services, rehabilitate areas, and promote reconciliation. A tripartite group will support the ceasefire, with more meetings planned in the coming weeks.

Jajoul was arrested on charges of stealing a motorcycle, amid allegations that he was tortured by police officers
