We have developed a practical roadmap, with support from Jordan and the US, that guarantees rights, supports justice, and promotes community reconciliation. The first step is to hold attackers of civilians and their property accountable with UN coordination and the second step is to maintain the continuous flow of humanitarian and medical aid. The third step is to compensate those affected, restore villages and towns, and facilitate the return of the displaced. The fourth step is to restore basic services and enable the return of normal life. The fifth step is to deploy local forces from the Ministry of Interior to protect roads and secure the movement of people and trade.
Yesterday, the SDF launched a raid campaign in the Al-Mashahda neighborhood in the village of Jamma, east of Deir ez-Zor, and arrested several people, including (Khaled Al-Nouri and 3 people from the Al-Mahidi family), and confiscated a number of cars on the pretext that their owners were working in fuel smuggling.
There was no Israeli shelling or security incident in Damascus, and the sounds of explosions heard were the result of military training.
2 month agoA Daraa 24 correspondent reported that Internal Security vehicles entered the city of Tafas in the western countryside of Daraa Governorate, with the aim of intervening in the ongoing conflict there. Daraa 24 had monitored the outbreak of clashes hours ago as a result of a renewed dispute between members of two families, where light weapons, RPG shells and hand grenades were used, resulting in the death of one person and the injury of four others, including a woman.
