The Syrian Democratic Forces and the Anti-Terrorism Forces "HAT" arrested a number of what they called "ISIS fighters who have known links to Iranian arms smuggling networks" in the city of Al-Busaira in Deir Ezzor countryside, according to what was published by the Deir ez-Zor Military Council.
