In Baniyas, the protest was outside the government office. Some tried to expand it to the market and were turned back by General Security. people from Bayda tried to reach the city to attack protestors, but were stopped outside Baniyas by GSS. Most shops remain closed

Protests in Damascus Reject Integration with SDF: Several Syrian cities witnessed protests on Friday against the SDF militia. A demonstration was also held in the capital, Damascus, where dozens of citizens took to the streets to express their rejection of the militia's policies and practices in the areas it controls, as well as any talk of merging with it.
