Syrian Army: Army vanguards have begun entering the western Euphrates region, starting with the city of Deir Hafer, east of Aleppo.

The Syrian Democratic Forces withdrew from the city of Deir Hafer as the Syrian Arab Army entered the city.
Al-Arabiya TV correspondent: Residents of Deir Hafer tried to return to the area, but the Syrian army prevented them until it was secured after the withdrawal of the SDF forces.

Some SDF vehicles, including cars and tanks, withdrew from Deir Hafer, coinciding with a cessation of shelling and clashes.

The presidential decree regarding Kurdish rights is merely a smokescreen. The Turkish side is the one that thwarted the March agreement. The American envoy is not pressuring us but rather trying to de-escalate the situation."

The SDF and PKK militias have brought a large number of Iranian drones into the eastern Aleppo countryside.
